It’s time for new tires. I know there’s been a lot of discussions and a lot of threads, but I can’t seem to find the information I need.

Here’s my question, I would like to go with the BFGoodrich KO3’s, however, in the Sasquatch size they are only available in a “F” rating. Will these be OK to place on my Bronco as a replacement to the OEM tires?

I do mostly street driving and only maybe 20% off-road. I live in Oregon, so it rains a lot in the winter.

Thank you in advance.

Just get them in 35x12.5r17 and they're a load D.

I would go with a BFGoodrich KO2 if that much of your driving is on the streets. I put a set on my Badlands and have 50k miles on them and still have maybe 15-20k miles left on them. I've done lots of offraod and haven't had any issues. size 315/70R17 "C" rated..

It'll be just fine but the ride quality will go down a bit. F-rated tires are really intended for pickup trucks that are carrying a lot of weight.

Just get them in 35x12.5r17 and they're a load D.
Not out until 2026.

edit: went back to check and order button is gone so must have been a glitch

  • 2025
    • 315/70R17/D
  • 2026
    • 35x11.50R17/C
    • 35x12.50R17/D

Thank you for the replies. What tire do you recommend getting, then? The Toyo’s?

I just installed a set of K02s on my Wildtrak yesterday. Purchased them from Discount tire.
315/70R/17 Load Range C. We live just across the river from you in Washington.

Installed them on the stock rims.

My Method wheels are on backorder until the end of Nov.

Thanks

Chris

What made you choose those tires? I’ve always heard that they are not that great in the rain. I wanted to go with the KO3’s, but the only had a load range of F available. Too heavy.

I’m leaning the Falken Wildpeak A/T route.
