Remove transponder key

Anybody know how to remove or unprogram a a transponder key fob from Bronco.? I tried to create back up keys using the wifes Explorer keys only to find out that they no longer work as Explorer keys...
After the locksmith straightened that out, I am back to no back ups but the Bronco still thinks it has 4 keys (max) programmed to it.
Any idea how to remove 2 of them?

If you have 2 factory keys, just do the process for adding more and stop at the 2 you have, and the keypad if you have it. It should save only the 2 programmed. I Think I read somewhere you can have 4 key fobs + optional keypad.
