My dealer allowed me to keep my original defective rear soft top window, after replacing due to TSB for tabs.
As easy as the soft top windows are to remove, it is a task to remove and replace based on driving conditions. I also like the “safari” look way better than when the windows are in. However, keeping the rear windows out let’s the external elements in , noise, weather, etc…..
So, I did this….. it isn’t perfect, I cut too much off the sides , but could probably get an upholsterer to make it perfect. Can be removed and replaced (Velcro on tonneau cover bar and top roll bar) .
Def helps with road noise , and soft top still fully functional. I reached to multiple vendors who make something similar for Jeep to make something for Bronco, but no luck….
But maybe this is isn’t something popular , and I am just a weirdo for wanting the close cabin feel , while keeping the rear windows removed……
