Rear Bumper with Bumper Mounted Spare

I am looking into replacing my rear bumper with a bumper mounted spare set-up. I have almost placed an order for the JCR Vanguard, but have not found many reviews. Westin had a similar bumper at SEMA this year, but I only caught a brief review on a Youtube post. It is not listed on their website.

Anybody have opinions on this type of set-up? I do like the option of carrying a few jerry cans on the opposite bumper corner.

There is a thread somewhere with a spreadsheet list of options so far but I can’t find it right now.

Other options that come to mind.

- Expedition one
- Hefty Fab (tire carrier version maybe 2023)
- True North (SRQ)

Overall options are still limited IMPO.

I went with the Expedition one bumper- (Still in production). I think it's a great looking bumper that gets the weight off the swing gate. It will allow a Scepter or Jerry can mount. If I ever needed more I would add the JCR spare tire rack

@srqfabrications offers a dual-arm carrier rear bumper that is completely modular. Buy components as it suits your needs. A few have purchased it most notably, Ashley @618TRVLWILD was one of the first to have it installed on her Mae Pearl.
