Realistic date for painted mod top?

What is everyone's anticipated release date on a paint matched modular top? I know we are being told 2023 now, but the way ford has handled every other aspect of this release, I'm not so optimistic...

at the time Ford announced that, I went back to a BL (and my beloved manual transmission) from a WT because I felt best case was late 2023 and never at worst case. I have seen nothing to change that opinion at all from Ford since.

with the 2.0 MIC tops still having issues, I don't see the painted tops coming out until 2024 maybe slightly before but I highly doubt they'll crack the '23 date.

Depends on the 2nd top plant and/or supplier. Priemerdrum used to post some intel on tops but I haven’t seen much from him in 6 months or so.

There’s no way that’d be the price to buy it on its own though. It‘lol probably be 5x that

before ford killed all the options but the MIC top, there was supposed to be a body color top, black top, and maybe a white top since there been some test cars seen on the road with them. Just hoping they change suppliers. Webasto is a lost cause
