For starters I've owned a couple of RR accessories on my jku. Not bad quality by any means, I've personally never owned anything by RR that needed to be returned which is why I'm writing this now.
Back up to around October 1st, My bday. The wife bought me a RR bull bar from RR. Unknown to her the RR bar isn't compatible with the modular bumper. Kinda bummed it looked really neat. Anyway, we initiated a return we had the label within a day. RR got it the 7th and it was confirmed on the 19th when my wife called because we did not receive a refund. They said 5/7 business days to process so we should have got our money by the 14th. Again wife called the 19th. In short WAY PASSED 5/7 days.
She followed up on the Nov 4th and acted like the long email chain of our return never existed. Then we provided pictures of the return slip and apparently they can't open pictures. They told us to call Beverly directly, didn't provide a number. We got the number and what do u know she's the ONLY one to process returns and she works mon-fri. So this fairly huge company staffs like 3 people who are never on the same page. So if yiu wanna buy RR don't return anything cuz you'll get the run around.
