Raptor Color Choice

Code Orange FTW. Black graphics will look great on it, but I understand the hesitancy with paying $1,000 for stickers when you could just make your own. Below is my 4Runner with bare naked paint, then below that with graphics. They make a HUGE difference.

I went code orange cause it's the exclusive and ties into the interior nicely, also becausecygere isn't a must have color. I think the Raptor looks great in the boring colors too, like the white or silver.

Originally went with Cactus Grey for my Badlands but when I switched to the Raptor I went with Hot Pepper Red. Most of my cars and trucks have been either white or black In the past.
…My wife hates the red but too late to switch now. Blend date is 6/27.

The only time I would recommend black is for the Raptor. With those big fenders it would look pretty menacing like a black TREX.

code orange is only for ford performance products >> f150 raptor, gt500, ranger raptor and warthog. And I bet it goes away in 2023

Knowing Ford, Code Orange will be a standard color across the board next year.

Not at all. I did let her choose the color on her Badlands though. I'm just having some indecisiveness now and getting some other thoughts. Wondered if very many others also really didn't like the Code Orange. I didn't like it when it looked red. But the more recent pics definitely have more of an orange tint.

In person, Code Orange is very Orange. Saw it in person on a Raptor Truck. If you like orange you should like it. My wife is not a fan of Orange, but most likely what I am getting.

My wife isn’t a fan of orange either. She warmed up to the Orange Fury on the GT350, and I’m sure she’ll get over the Code Orange. If not, then that’s her problem.

I almost opted for Code Orange since it's the Ford Performance color, but I've pretty much been set on CG since I saw a bunch of Bronco's in person at the beginning of 2021 so I'm sticking with that.


I think Code Orange looks good but I'm not sure who I would like it in 5 years.

I have a Braptor order in. Went with black. It hasn't been converted to production yet, no VIN etc. I had heard that Ford might be coming out with different color options in August. I was hoping for Carb Grey, but not offered on the Raptor currently.

It being 1st year going into second, I dont believe color changes are in the cards yet.

If your wife has her own bronco to drive, who cares what she thinks lol I like your thought process of the exclusive color choice. No need to waiver on it. Stick to your guns.
