Mine loaded onto the railcar almost directly off the assembly line, was dropped off in Delaware at the rail depot in 8 days, and arrived at the dealer in 3 more, 11 days total from the factory to Eastern PA dealer north of Philly. Some get there fast, others like a slow boat to China. No rhyme or reason.

Agree with @cbrenthus. Ally for one has 4.4% interest on all balance tiers in their MM savings accounts.

Haha! Mine took the same route but got the slow boat.... Built 3/20, sat in a Ford parking lot until it got on the train on 5/28. Then it sat in the railyard for 18 days until it got unloaded. Finally took delivery 6/29. Friend's was built a few days after mine and she took delivery 5/4. Luck of the draw I guess...

Money market funds pay a bit more than online savings accounts, so look into those too.

I got a build scheduled notification the first week of Dec ‘21 for a first week of Feb ‘22 delivery. One of the quickest I’ve seen. Unfortunately, my vehicle was one of the ones that got flagged for bad chips and then it sat in the parking lot of the plant waiting on a chip until May ‘22. But assuming that hiccup didn’t happen it would have been about 7 weeks from being scheduled till delivery.
