Question about ESP plan options - confused about dealer offering

I’m in the process of negotiating my Bronco Raptor purchase with the dealer and they’re telling me that the max ESP they offer is 60K, 6yr. Do different dealers offer different ESP plans? Can you buy an ESP plan direct from Ford without a dealer?
