How do you get to the backdoor tracker? I'm still not seeing my status change to scheduled, but called the 800 ford number and they told me my build week 2/7 and my VIN number.Hi. The backdoor link shows me scheduled for 2/07 but doesn't show the VIN. Where would I find that? I don't have an email from Ford.
We called Ford and provided our email address, name and address and they were able to pull up everything (reservation number, order number, VIN, etc.)For those of us without reservation numbers, is the Ford chat able to check if our orders have been scheduled?

Then when I go to https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/pages/tracker/ that asks for a VIN and Order number, I see this:

But, when I call Ford's 800 number and give the Customer Service person my name, email and address, she confirmed that my order # is correct and that my trim/options selected are accurate and she said that I have been scheduled today at 11am for the 2/7/21 build date and to expect delivery probably end of February beg of March. And she provided me the VIN number! I mean...I can't imagine she's telling me false info but damn am I worried cause nothing anywhere shows that I'm scheduled!!
