All, I converted my order from a MY21 to MY22 on 10/13 but the dealer couldn’t print out my DORA because of problems with the system. I went and picked up a copy of the new order this morning and noticed my Priority code is set to 99, when i questioned the dealer about it he said all of them were until scheduling starts. Is this correct?
I am a day one order and the first order at this dealership and I am wondering if I’m am getting held up by the dealer to help one of the dealers buddy’s or something like that. What should my priority code be, I have been a 19 until this?

Odd, I just made changes to my order and the priority code was changed from a 99 to a 10. This was on the 22nd of October. I'm in Canada and your guys' order banks were open before ours.

All carryover orders were set to 99 by Ford. After you confirm or change your order for MY22 your dealer should set the code to 10-19 so Ford knows it's a buildable order.

I also re-ordered on 10/13. There did seem to be some problems with the system based on what the salesman said and his frustration getting some of the ordering screens to load. He was eventually able to produce an order summary and I was given a priority code of 10. Six days later I got the confirmation email from Ford. Obviously this is only one example, and things can change, but I wasn't 99ed to wait for scheduling.

I went into the dealer last Monday to convert. My Priority Code on the DORA printout I was emailed a day later went from a 99 to 15. I changed order from a Base MY21 to a BD MY22, not sure if that had anything to do with it?

I updated my order to a 2022 last week. I reached out to my dealer this AM after reading this thread. Here is what he said;
" The Priority is between 10-19 now. Bronco orders are scheduled based on reservation time stamp over the priority codes. Also everyone asks their priority to be a 10 , if this were to happen the 10 would lose its meaning."

From what I understand you are right but mine is set to 99 which means hold, do not build and it will be passed over until the code is changed to 10-19. Is this a correct statement?

I had an August 2020 reservation that was not converted to an order. Converted to an order on 10/16/2021. Priority code is 10. Build is BL two door MGV, lux, auto 2.7 tow. Have no idea if being a 10 actually matters.

I do believe that you are correct. Did you call your dealer?

That is what I understand as well. For the record when my dealer re-upped my order in the system they got it to a buildable priority code. That was last week, but I'm in Canada and it might be different on this side of the ice wall.

I just went in last week to walk through my build sheet so they could update the DORA. The copy I got today has it set as code 19 Model Year 2022. So yeah...I'd make sure it gets 10-19 before October 28th when scheduling starts.

I spoke to the owner of the dealership face to face, I think he is mistaken and assumes all orders will automagically convert but he is wrong. I called ford customer service and had them “escalate the issue” I am waiting to hear back from a ford rep.
