I had PPF applied to the front and sides of our Bronco this past week. Now, when making right hand turns I’m getting an annoying squeak. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

Where is the squeak coming from? Do you have a rack, do you have hard top or soft top? Do you have any accessories they may have removed when installing the PPF?

Front right fender or door. Hard top and no rack. The only thing removed were the flares. They seem to be on correctly and solid.

Odd that it only happens on right turns. Is it only right turns at speed when the body rolls left or will a low speed turn do it too?

May or may not be flare-removal related in your case, but I broke one of the little fender flare clips the first time I removed mine. It’s not hard to do. Not the clips you turn (release levers) but the ones that stay fixed in place and just pop in. If one or more of those got broken, I suppose it’s possible some squeaky movement under the right conditions could happen. The fender seemed secure even with the broken clip but it annoyed me knowing it was broken so I bought replacement clips on Amazon. They were like $7 per clip when I bought them.

If it were me, I would be looking at every body panel seam around that fender, including where it meets the grill and front trim piece to check for signs of rubbing. I would also be gently pressing everything to try and replicate it.
