Plugnplay kits wiring harness defect

Has anyone had any luck with these? I just plugged mine into the kicker 200.4 and it is not powering up. Attached is the picture of the unit and I had to reconnect one of the power cables already.

If u didn’t hook up the blue trigger wire to power then you need to change the first dip switch from 12V to DC

Yup and push the radio detect button in while you’re at it.
