xlookup >vlookup/hlookup all day.

When they rolled that out it was a game changer. Even replaces Index/Match and complicated sumproduct formulas.

I am always leary when people use a lot of vlookup as I have seen people using it on way to many records and should use something else. One delete cell and i have seen daisy chained vlookups and referenced cells across several tabs go nuts. I would get those after the fact from a dept head along with a request to fix. So much easier to use something like SQL Server and have a data connection.

I just need to tell someone how much I love pivot tables. I cannot believe that I have not been using this feature before now..

I think Mike Levine is learning PivotTables to help us get a white top option before B&P. Hope he is a fast learner.

This one time while I was engineering the Tesseract, I discovered the quantum detractoid had a bad motivator. Once I tweaked the motivator's oscillator, the tesseract was able to run in quasi-stasis..........................That's right, I'm an expert!
