Phone Connected To Bluetooth Drops Audio

i’ve noticed lately, while I’m talking on my phone that’s connected to the Bluetooth of my vehicle that the audio drops out when I put my bronco in reverse.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I can have a conversation just fine through my bronco audio system until I go in reverse.

This just recently started, perhaps a bug in a software update.

Mine is glitching also. I have noticed it when I shift I get some weird buzzing coming through my sound system. My phone is also glitching where I will be on a phone call and the person is still on my phone but I cannot hear them through my Bluetooth. Either that or it goes in and out that I cannot understand them. I plan on having it checked when I go in for my first oil change which should be in the next week or so. Mine is a 2023 Badlands with High lux package.

+1 for recent issues and call audio sounding like the phone is under water.

I may have the issue from reverse I will have to monitor.

I just have noticed when a call gets gurgled I push the Bluetooth button on the phone off and on and it returns to normal.

Follow up here....
I took mine into the dealer I purchased from. I took him for a drive and was able to replicate where it was buzzing and the phone was not working through the Bluetooth. They also connected their phone and were able to get the phone to not work but they were not able to replicate the buzzing. They uninstalled and reinstalled my sync system and so far everything is working as it should.
For now it seems like that fixed it.
