Right rear outer sensor goes off no matter what, registers as orange distance. I swapped 3 sensors in the rear bumper(moving them around) stays same RRO sensor showing object. Left sensors hanging under bumper no change. If I walk around the rear infront of the sensors they follow me from driver rear to middle and then to right where it registers red and gets “stuck” showing red.

I pulled forscan and was able to watch the pid for that sensor and it shows me walking infront of it.

Due to what I’ve been able to test, I’ve eliminated sensors being the actual culprit. Moving the sensor out of the bumper and under it should have eliminated the possibility of bad positionin.

Kind of at a loss on this one, anyone have any thoughts or more knowledge on how the system operates?

Which bumper do you have (also aftermarket)? Has Ford dealer service looked at it?

The dealers around here aren’t the best. Was told 3 weeks to look at it and would need to keep its for 3 days. It has the Dv8 High clearance rear bumper.
