I had the FPP tune installed by an ASE certified mechanic. I changed tire size to match my new 37” KO2s (579 rpm). About a week later, I got the P160A DTC. I couldn’t clear it with the ProCal. Do I need to go to the dealer to get it cleared? I don’t use Forscan and would be dangerous if I tried.

In Forscan, this happens when changing tire size and not all modules are synchronized with the new data. If using Forscan, you would need to run AWD relearn in ForScan config menu and PCM reset-all-adaptations in the service menu to clear P160 DTC. Look for something similar in the procal service menu, or try changing the size to 35" and then back to 37".

Thank you so much. This forum is GREAT. I switched back to 35” and then to 37” with the Procal and poof, no more error codes.

Im getting same error but I have never changed anything. Just installed the tune and then this started a few days later. think just changing the tire size to something else then back would do it?

You guys are awesome!!. I ran the performance cal did not change tire size but got this same error, I was really dreading a trip to the dealer. On the performance tool there is under "service functions" AWD Relearn" fixed it. I was worried because I restored my stock settings and still had the error that would not clear. Tried everything. Thank you so much!!
