I’m a new Wildtrak owner and a first-time Ford owner. After about five months of research, I was set on finding an Eruption Green two-door Badlands or Wildtrak with the Lux package.
Then I came across this Oxford White 2024 two-door Wildtrak that had been sitting without a taker for a while.
This will be my daily driver, and the plan is to make lots of memories with the roof off with the kids and make a few slow, minor modifications for fun.
So far, I’ve installed the TuxMats and WeatherTech mudflaps — though in my opinion, the WeatherTechs are overpriced and fairly useless at stopping flying stones, so I wouldn’t recommend them.
I corrected any Ford supplied rust spots with POR15 and then painted before undercoating with Fluid Film on the body and Fluid Film Black on the frame. Next time I wouldn’t bother with the FF Black but my OCD convinced me it would look nice and shiny on the black frame.
I’ve also had protection film and a CarPro UK ceramic with a Gliss coating applied professionally.
The forum has been massively helpful. Appreciate the community.
