Curious if you received a credit from your dealership when purchasing your Bronco, for the $100 paid when placing your Bronco reservation or if you are still waiting for a refund?

My dealer credited towards the purchase. They required 1k down, but then we had a mutually signed purchasing agreement reflecting my $1100 paid and knocked off balanced owed.

My dealership said the $100 was a fee and not a deposit. I did not get “credit” on the deal.

Depends on the dealer. Some dealers are refunding it, some dealers rolled it into your deposit, some dealers took it off the purchase price, and others seem to be sneakily pocketing it in hopes that you forgot about it. There are even some dealers who legitimately have no idea that the $100 reservation fee was a thing.

My dealer is just refunding it. I asked them to just take it off the purchase price, but apparently it is easier for them from a paperwork perspective to just refund it.

Paid $1000 deposit and it was on price sheet and deducted from final vehicle cost.

My dealer kept quiet about it, I guess in hopes that I forgot. I went back and they refunded it.

They also tried to keep the 20,000 early reservation bonus. Gotta keep on top of these dealers...

I switched dealers and got refunded by the original dealership. Never paid the $100 to my new dealer.

Ford dealer in Austin logged in to their Ford portal and refunded the $100 deposit when I picked up my Bronco.

That’s bull$hit- should have refunded it or applied it to your purchase.

Their sales department was decent, but their service department is universally abysmal. I doubt I ever go back.

My OTD price is going to break $46k. I don't care about the $100 at this point....

The $100 should be applied to your final deposit total, unless you moved dealerships, then it should have been refunded to you by the ORIGINAL dealership.

Now, as you may have read elsewhere...MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SIGNED AGREEMENT THAT DOES NOT HAVE ADM.. By signed, I mean both you and your dealerships representative, otherwise..+$20k (or more) is possible.
