Order on Ford website??

Hi…

Would someone please tell me when my order will show up on the Ford website where you can login and click on orders and reservations? Is this just a random time or does it happen after a particular milestone? I placed my order with the dealer about 2 weeks ago and nothing is showing up on Ford.com.

Contact your dealer to see if they placed the order. When we placed our order, the order banks were not open, but once they opened and the dealer placed the order, we received an e-mail from Ford stated the order was placed.

I got the email stating it’s been placed but my reservation isn’t on the ford website when I login. I’m trying to figure out when that will happen.

You won't be able to track anything until a VIN is issued, prior to production. The Reservation tracking on the website is leftover from when they took reservations prior to launch.

Edit...for info on your order before the VIN is issued, you can have your dealer check their system or contact Ford's Bronco Marketing...I had better luck using the Online Chat through the Ford Contact Us website. You'll need your order # and Dealer code to get info before the VIN is issued.

VIN comes at or just after your dealer gets an allocation. Your dealer won't be getting another '23 Raptor allocation or really any additional allocations. Ask your dealer if you are in a formal waiting line for an allocation. Only your dealer can estimate the wait for your allocation.

Also, make sure you have a signed order and price agreement, otherwise pricing and ADM will likely increase at pickup time.
