Thanks for the suggestion. I have checked all connections and no luck.

I added a pic to help demonstrate my issue comparing the left to right side.

I am going to try the warranty route but may have to go back to the original taillights in the mean time. I hate throwing away money on this upgrade that only lasted a few months.

EDIT: UPDATE- I found a loose pin wire on the reverse connector coming from the main harness. Plugged it in and snugged up, and working perfectly now. No need to follow up. :)

I just received and installed my lights today. Formerly halogen on my 2023. Harnesses clicked into place, and the reverse bulb on the passenger side isn't working. I sent a message into customer service on Oracle, but figured I should try getting a response here from you as well. Thanks for any assistance you can provide about diagnosing the issue. I'll try wiggling and reconnecting the harness again more firmly once it's daylight to see if that resolves the issue.
