Only rear passenger window doesn't roll down quickly enough. Any fix?

2023 Wildtrak, software up to date. The other three windows drop fine as to not catch the weather-stripping, but the rear passenger window doesn't drop quickly/far enough and gets slightly caught on the weather-stripping.

Is there a quick fix for this?

Try a little dry silicone lube on the weatherstripping where the window hits

(That stuff in general is good for all the weatherstripping all around too - helps with squeaks)

I don’t have a solution but if you’re still under warranty I’d go get it documented. I’ve been going round with my dealership about my windows over a year and a half now and finally got the point where it wouldn’t drop at all and you couldn’t open the door unless you went in through another door and rolled the window down. I actually have an appointment at the dealership tomorrow for some type of software update so we’ll see if they try to charge me.

Hi there! I can look into your Bronco's window concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Bronco's VIN?

There is an adjustment procedure in the manual. Most likely the glass is just buried too far up into the seal lip. If under warranty, let the dealer mess with it.

Option B is pull the door panel, take the two "pasties" off that cover the glass adjustment bolts, loosen bolts, make some small adjustments (will take a few tries) until the glass goes up in the seal far enough to prevent an air or water leak but drops like the others when opening. Sounds worse than it really is but the site throws an error when I try to post the workshop procedure.

Roll that one down first maybe. Seriously could be too tight on seal and lube seal with something like Griots vinyl and rubber dressing. It’s not greasy an little to no residue.
