Why non-oem? I picked up an OEM bag for around $170 by shopping around.
I bought all 4 OEM bags for $30/each on this forum a couple of months ago, during a warehouse sale by Ruxer Ford in Indiana. You might ask Flip if they still have any left.

I just got a set of brand new OEM, 4 door on board storage bags from ebay, $200 which also included shipping. There are definitely deals out there, just set up a search on Craigslist, ebay, FB, etc to get notified when something new comes up.
