No more zone reps?

My dealer told me (yea I know…) Ford eliminated the zone reps. Does anyone know how to go above the dealer with an issue now?

My dealer said something similar. He said that they changed the reporting structure and so he has to figure out who to even talk to about why my Bronco has been billed but is not shipping.

So I don't know what changed, but can confirm something changed.
