So i went to Bell ford in Phoenix today and placed an order for a new base Sasquatch (even though I was under the impression ordering was closed as of 3/7). We designed my build and I gave them some info such as my name, address and email and said they’ll be inputting it into the system tomorrow but they didn’t have me sign anything. Is this normal for custom orders or are they just wasting my time? The online sales rep I spoke with said there’s no markup or addendum but I feel like I should of gotten that in writing. Any advice?
