New Member - Looking for a Crew in Alberta!

Hey everyone! My name is Justin, and I am the proud owner of a new 2025 Desert Sand Bronco Big Bend!

I am somewhat new to the overlanding/off-roading world (formally a rally car nerd), and am looking for a good group of people to explore the Alberta landscape with.

I have a list of trails on my bucket list, so if anyone in the area wants to help me and my dog Echo, check them off my list, hit me up!

You sure got the scenery, and I'm sure there are trails to get you to the best parts of it. There is a tab for clubs on this site, maybe one near you? Also, don't overlook Jeep or general 4x4 clubs, maybe on Facebook. Talk to your dealer, maybe visit a Jeep dealer. Sure, we raz them online, but once you're at a trailhead, it's another matter entirely. Ask them about safety and recovery equipment, modifications, trail ratings, things like that.

Speaking of mods, that step arrangement doesn't look like it will handle rock crawling. You might want to look into a slider or step-slider so you can get through and over obstacles, especially rocks. OTOH, if it suits the wife and kids, that's an important matter.

You don't need any upgrades AB off-road terrain will rip Bronco to shreds it's good enough for accessible trails as is. Dirt bike and rmdra is way to go....

No faster way to blow CAD70K down the toilet when can roll over that in a dirt bike in seconds effortlessly with zero damage....don even need to blow extra $10K+ on upgrades to roll over small rock haha.

I can see that! Nice rig!

Rock crawling wayyyy to slow for me and just the thought of it in a 4 wheeler tells me major damages incoming, based on what I've seen on the trails of carnage and burned out wrecks while dirt biking haha.
