Just got a call from my dealer saying that’s it’s built but got held for inspection with no other information. 3 other builds from the same dealer were held also.

Mine is Showing September 1st - 7th.

Mine has never given me a date and the order tracking shows conflicting statuses.

Are you logged in to Ford.com ?

If so, then log out completely and then go back to https://www.ford.com/myaccount/check-order-status?gnav=header-account and put in order number and VIN and hit Track Vehicle

If I sign in I don't see a delivery date either, it seems to be working backwards, normally signing in would give more detail but it seems to work the other way around

That's where I get the "in production" status and it shows last updated on 8/24.

Dealer called today and said that it has been released. Tracking now shows delivery 9/14-9/20.

I just got my Built and getting ready to ship email! Estimated delivery to Sacramento 9/23. It also just got listed on the dealership website, which I understand is normal but I’ve read just enough stories about custom orders being sold out from under people to make me a little nervous!

If you go to the Ford Order Tracker website and put in your order number and VIN, does it give you a more precise date? I found that if I just click “track order” from the confirmation email it was giving me more generic info, but if I went through the order tracker it gives actual dates.
It does seem like there’s something wrong with the website so you may have to clear your cookies and website data each time you go to the order tracker website, or you’ll end up in a loop of getting sent back to the Ford home page. You’ll know you need to clear cookies if you get a Terms and Conditions popup.
