Do you do rotors and pads or just pads?

Ok all, I know driving style really matters. I can say from several decades and over 200k miles plus driving rigs over 100k lbs, ah you say that’s impossible as US limits to 80k, yeah……. Can’t say much more beyond that.
I am only looking at norms and outward problems. Just saying….
What? There’s oversize and overweight permits

I’ve been part of quite a few loads much higher than 100,000 in the south United States

Cranes, oil industry, etc. heavy towing and recovery

But I’m also sure you know the loads you pulled were air brakes drums not juiced discs

I would be shocked if I have to replace mine before 120k, as that's what I sold my last vehicle at with still half pads left.
I tend to stay off the brakes and coast a lot, or even shift down to start slowing before approaching an intersection or stopping event(depending on traffic conditions).
Well, I was off by about 70k miles. Replacing them this Thursday due to glazing and noise.

Darn it.

If I'm tracking, you were at around 50k miles? I'm just about to hit 40k.

Just changed mine last Sunday at a little over 75,000m. Front's probably could have gone another 20~30k without issue, but the rears were down to a few mm left, and were making noise,

Yeah, about 50k. 👍

Regular off-road and towing though, which probably burnt through them faster than normal use.
