I have the capable bumper but I highly recommend the M&R duel lightbar that sits lower.

Just wanted to say that photo is awesome, and should be in the catalog for that light bar. Perfect way to show it off.I have the capable bumper but I highly recommend the M&R duel lightbar that sits lower.

Not bad AT ALL with the capable bumper. Had to undo a couple of bolts underneath, slide it in place and re-bolt. No drilling with the capable. Not sure about the modular but I’d assume not as well. Wiring was pretty simple as well and more than enough wire to mess with if you need to restrip. I have the white on AUX 1 and amber on AUX 3. The location and the fit with the capable is awesome. You barely notice it’s there and it throws a shitload of light that doesn’t reflect back on you.
I liked the bar so much I bought their pod lights and have them wired white to AUX 2 and amber to AUX 4. Those weren’t hard to install but the wiring was much more frustrating to keep crimped in place running it below the plastic. I also scratched the plastic a bit putting them in. They’re cool but really not necessary with the lightbar. These reflect off the hood a bit. Really more “looks cool” than useful imo.
Also got their rear lightbar that installs to the tailgate bracket. Haven’t installed that. Accessing the rear AUX 6 prewired wire is a pain in the dick with a 2 door and the wire provided with the bar isn’t long enough. I also don’t love the tension added to the bracket. I may return that still.

Here’s how it looks off. Barely noticeable. The amber option will have a yellow-ish hue if you look straight on when the lights are off.

I have the 40" Baja Design S8 in spot pattern and it over powers all my other lights combine when on. The light is amazing.

Im not prone to recommending products but I’ve had the M&R dual light for a few months now. Super easy install and very well made. Also integrates very well into the bumper area. I had this front plate on but removed. Even with the plate it really puts out an impressive light beam.
You should decide what size, purpose and budget before committing to one. I have a Hella Black Magic Slim 20 in installed on a capable bumper. I have to drill holes on the bumper. It worked perfectly for my needs.
Sadly, after the purchase, they started selling the same models with a curve that might contour better on the bumper . Not that the current one looks bad at all. Light output is great. It also fits the bumper very well and does not protrudes more than an inch .
Now if budget was not a constrain, I will look at morimotos 2 banger offerings for light bars. You can build them as you want. I have a pair of 2 bangers on the A pillars and the output is great.
