Hello new to the bronco world. Have a 2022 outerbanks with sas package. 2.7. And a ford performance tune. I contemplated a small lift but that seems too expensive. What is the biggest tire I can get width and height without rubbing issues on the stock rims. Looking for something aggressive but still highway drivable. Apologize if this has been asked a thousand times before.

35x12.5 is probably the biggest on stock wheels and setup. Which is just barely larger than the 315/70’s it came with - but still a pretty good sized tire

Are you able to get anything larger if you swap rims but not adding a lift or leveling kit?? Ty

A different offset or small lift might get you a ~wider~ tire, but to jump up to 37” tires will take a lot of modifications.

The Bronco, all Broncos, were purpose built for 35's.
But about half or more have smaller tires. Those smaller tire Broncos can EASILY jump up to 35's if they so choose.
I put 35's on a standard suspension Base model Bronco, no lift , minor rub if I get it to compress while turning. I'd say it is streetable, but not ready for too much offroading.

You have the Sasquatch package which already has 35's.
So it is already kind of tight, even with the factory "lifted suspension".
As a matter of fact, some Broncos from the factory have so much articulation Ford actually had to put limiters in there to keep the 35's from rubbing. (Badlands)

As noted, if you want to go taller and not rub, you will have to modify ... new wheels, new suspension, new tires, body lift perhaps. Pretty major stuff.

What I do not know is if a Sasquatch Bronco is "streetable",
IE NO offroading because of rubbing , on 37's with no suspension mods ... just new/different offset wheels or something, maybe?

Now, looking at tires. You are already in the 35 inch class, most measure approx. 34.5" +/- .
At best, you can gain maybe 1/2" if you find a "true" 35" tire.

Looking at the the 36" class, I don't see any available.

So now you are at 37's, which as we discussed, will require heavy mods.
