2022 2 door OB.
Did a few things in FORscan and her are my results:
Turned of auto stop/start....worked good but caused the "check charging system soon" warning. This has been reset now and the light is now gone.
Set tire pressure threshold to 5psi(Bronco sees 5x more dirt than pavement so I keep the 37s at 10-20psi). No issues at all.
Somewhere in my fiddling, I switched off a power port and have no clue where it is. This has caused the rear door to not lock/unlock with hand touch. Still works with the switches inside and the fob works fine.
Somebody? Anybody? I've replaced the current "programming" with the original. Also found an original file(can't remember where) and dropped it in.....neither worked. The stealership(s) have replaced the alternator TWICE and the rear handle once because the TSB said so. Neither worked of course.
They have now replaced the body control module.....again, no fix. They tried talking to the engineers in Michigan but no go there either.
I'm at the point of not worrying about it any longer. This is my last hope. I habe a Ford Master Tech that is a whiz but he doesn't know FORscan. He said its above what the factory will let them do.
What I'm looking for is the "power port" in the BCM that sends 12v to the rear door handle.....its gotta have a 1 = on 0 = off or something????
Please help! Love my Bronco......coolest thing I've ever owned, only second to my 78 race bronco.
