All,

Does anyone have experience with Motegi wheels? specifically the Trailite? I love the looks and light weight. I did a search on this forum and saw reference in 3 or 4 threads about people thinking about getting them, but I didn't see any info on them about how well they are made, if they balance easily, Love them or hate them type of things.

Thanks.

I ran them on an 2006 Tacoma. Never had an issue. I would buy them again.

I'm curious, did you get the Motegi trailites? I was looking at some and wondering about experiences.

I personally wouldn't buy them again, but I had them about 20 years ago, so don't know if quality went up or down.

I hit a pothole (not even a huge one) with one of my front wheels and it cracked the wheel about 4" long all the way through the metal. I didn't have low-profile tires or anything.

Do with that what you will.
