What days in January 2023 are VIN's still usually handed out? January 2022 Base 2-door Bronco still unscheduled/clean from FMC chat. Thought it was Thursdays, but haven't seen any posts on Bronco forums.
No one really knows.
They used to announce scheduling dates, but that information is no longer publicly available.

11/28/22 Spreadsheet is no longer editable. Is this supposed to be like this?
On the consolidated sheet, yes... the 11-28-2022 tab shouldn't be editable. You have to use the actual sheet here. That is linked to the same sheet as 11-28-2022 in the first post of this thread.

Thanks.
So, what I have done is to protect all areas of the sheet from editing other than the body of the sheet where users enter information (Data!A3:AH150, with the exception of a few calculated columns which are also locked).
I believe this will prevent filters/sorts also... with the caveat that they can do temporary filters/sorts. That said, there is a catch that someone can sort/filter in the editable range as well. It's a downside of allowing users to enter/edit information... how much restriction is too much/just right?

One approach would be to create a separate Google form that populates a wholly write protected/read-only spreadsheet. That would be nice, but create overhead when updates are needed such as build week bumps or option changes after someone creates their record.

The alternative would be to have someone own and maintain all entries and EVERYONE else read-only.

As for adaptation to Stephens... similar approach... someone at Stephens could be passed ownership of a sheet/template and maintain a list of approved editors, or maintain entries themselves... Otherwise, a public sheet could still be used and monitored for Stephens only entries.

So far, I haven't had many big problems with malicious or completely bogus entries... but allowing public data entry always has its downsides.

TLDR:
Having a Stephens Admin (someone y'all pick) which controls entries is best approach, but is a time consumer. Otherwise, the protections in place are fairly adequate.

One other option - provided all Stephens vehicles have the same delivery city/state (assume they should) - is to create a secondary Consolidated sheet for you which filters results based on the city/state matching Stephens deliveries. That would take a few minutes and require additional maintenance when new weeks are added... but it's doable.

Would be cool if you can split Reservation Date and Order Date into 2 Columns then add a chart to track # of Days since Order to Build Date and # of Days from Order to Scheduled Delivery Date or Actual Date? Good news is that Scheduled and Actual Delivery Dates don't seem to be far off from the December lists I looked at but would be curious to compare across sheets how long actual orders take to deliver.

My dealer called me last week with a vin# and tentative build week of February 13-19 2023. I ordered a 23MY Oxford white OBX 4dr mic top high package with rear locker November 2022 and even he was surprised how fast it all happened.

What is not tracked here is the delay between blend and shipment. We had several chip holds in our 12/19 build week. And that’s not counting the fact that the 12/21 - 12/23 blends were left sitting for 2 weeks during the holidays. My 12/21 blend was actually 1/10. Just be prepared for a potential multi-day wait [chip-hold] to actually getting shipped out of MAP.
