In our recent update to the Bronco build journal, our primary focus has been on perfecting the alignment of the body, ensuring that every element is impeccably square. This meticulous process involves careful measurement and adjustment to guarantee symmetry and precision in all aspects of the Bronco's exterior.
By prioritizing the squareness of the body, we're not only enhancing its visual appeal but also laying the groundwork for optimal performance and functionality. A precisely aligned body ensures that all components fit together seamlessly, contributing to the Bronco's overall structural integrity and performance on and off the road.
Additionally, we've taken significant steps forward by applying primer coats to the Bronco's body and cage. We've utilized two types of primer: etching primer and epoxy primer. These primer coats serve as the foundation for the upcoming paint job, laying the groundwork for a flawless finish. The etching primer provides excellent adhesion to bare metal surfaces, ensuring that the subsequent layers adhere securely. Meanwhile, the epoxy primer offers superior durability and corrosion resistance, further protecting the Bronco's body for years to come.
