I have had my 2023 Badlands at the dealer for 4 weeks now trying to fix a modem/TCU issue. This is in addition to two weeks of additional time since I took delivery in July. I cannot believe that there is not an escalation path at Ford to get this fixed!! I don’t know what else to do. FORD GET THIS FIXED!!!!!
