I am now approaching my 5th week of my car being worked on and out of commission (7 weeks total since I took delivery in July 2023). I see others on these forums are experiencing similar Issues. Has anybody found a resolution? If you have can you send me a case number or provide a dealer service contact that might be able to help?
No one at Ford will talk to me. Dealer Service Mamateur has been great but all they can do is wait on Ford. I think this has been escalated to multiple engineering teams since this started. Ford if you intend to transform yourself through software you folks are in big trouble.
