MIC 1.0 replacement (TSB) submission deadline?

I recently picked up a 2021 Bronco with a MIC 1.0. It’s pretty poor quality, but was a ford fleet vehicle which is why I assumed it wasn’t ever replaced. Is there an expiration date to submit for the TSB to get it replaced with the 2.0 top? What is the process for getting a new one for those that have done it?
