I ordered 3/4/22 and haven’t received the Ford confirmation email. The dealer did give me an order number.

Yeah I have the order number and sales code too. That’s all I give them in the online chat and they are able to provide the info I need.

The following was in the 'New Bronco Corral' post. Your results will surely not match this lucky person, but who knows!!

"For what it's worth, a coworker ordered a 22 4dr 2.7 Badlands SAS, MIC, Lux, with towing. He ordered on 3/7/22 and was built yesterday with a scheduled delivery date of next week. I told him he can sit on a cactus."

I’d like to see the paper work on that one. Not that I don’t believe you or your coworker, but I want it verified.

If that’s actually the case ford has some explaining to do.

that worked, my order is in process awaiting schedule. never got any sort of email from ford. ordered early Feb so i have a long wait but knowing it's in feels better.

Gave order and dealer number to online chat…no order found. Been 4 weeks today since order was placed. They gave me the phone number for the “Bronco support team”. Called them with same info and nothing found. Called dealer and they assure me the order is put in. Said they will make some calls to try and get me a confirmation email. Will see…..Is what it is now that orders are closed.

When I first contacted Ford through their customer service line they told me the same thing as well...no order found.....but I was calling on the day the order banks were closing so they were busy... I called back the next day and they finally saw my order. But, like I said before, I have never received my confirmation email, and I've read that some people never received their's either.

I asked again yesterday if they could confirm if my email was correct and they told me they COULDN'T access that info and that I should call my dealer. That's strange because I had previously confirmed my email using the same chat. They are all over the place.

I still have not received a confirmation email, (very frustrating) but I have confirmed my order through Ford customer service. I'm "in-order processing".

I have not received a confirmation email either. (I ordered 3/7). I called the dealer to ask about it and they told me everything looks good on their end.

If you didn’t get an email from Ford ask your dealer to send you a copy of the COVP email confirmation they received.

Built online 2/27. Dealership (Long-Lewis Prattville AL, they also have locations in Bham and Hunstville I believe) called me the next day and on 3/1 went in and did the order w salesman, put down the deposit. They wound up giving me $1250 below MSRP after I had already agreed to price. It was weird. Made a big deal about the price cannot go up from that point forward. Non-commission sales. Got a Ford email that afternoon. Nobody in the building would even give me an off-the-record ballpark time frame. Base, green, 2.3, MIC, mudflaps. If i'd known i would've ordered soft top probably. Oh well.

Also they've had a used one for sale at $70k for about a month. high package but not sure which. There's also a special order Area 51 2D BL sitting on lot for about a week. Only date I can find on the sticker is 02-01-22 but idk what that date refers to despite checking the window sticker guides here on the forum.

Yep. Same thing my dealer told me. I'm sure they get asked ALL THE TIME!

Yes, this. Your dealer should be able to tell you what your Order Code is and also what their Sales Code is. Using those 2 pieces of info, the Chat person can confirm that your order is in the system. I guess also have your dealer tell you what your Priority code is. I think as long as it's not '99' you're good to go. I think I saw they should be between 10 & 19.

Gave the both the chat lady and bronco support people my order code and dealer sales code and they still did not show the order placed 4 weeks ago. Priority code is 19. Spoke with salesman and he was going to try and call someone to get me an order confirmation email.
