Gave the both the chat lady and bronco support people my order code and dealer sales code and they still did not show the order placed 4 weeks ago. Priority code is 19. Spoke with salesman and he was going to try and call someone to get me an order confirmation email. 🤷‍♂️

Gave order and dealer number to online chat…no order found. Been 4 weeks today since order was placed. They gave me the phone number for the “Bronco support team”. Called them with same info and nothing found. Called dealer and they assure me the order is put in. Said they will make some calls...

I ordered 3/4/22 and haven’t received the Ford confirmation email. The dealer did give me an order number.
