Having complained about all the people here complaining about every little detail, I do recognize your complaint

Ahhh yeeeah? I am not complaining, not one bit. Was just simply asking a question to see if anyone knew.
Base mansquatch timeframe doesn’t bother me at all.

Each powertrain combination (engine, transmission, transfer case, final drive ratio, and even specific tire size) must be tested and certified by the EPA. Government agencies are slow and don't work on timelines that normal consumers want. Since the Sasquatch package wasn't initially intended to be paired with the manual, that testing has not....

Now that is a reason I could understand. Thank you for that.

Most people will be waiting because of the number of orders ahead of them.

Is the actual manual transmission the reason for the delay in availability? Would it be possible that Ford needs to beef up it to handle the 35”?

10 speed auto trans is made in the USA. No need to send any auto trans to China. No exchange needed, and therefore no delay. I think your reasoning is flawed with all due respect.

Even though the parts should be available, there is additional testing and qualification required. The resources to do that are probably already consumed in qualifying the mainstream configurations.

I bet Ford looked at the metrics from the order and lowered the priority. They want to keep the lines running and will focus more on high volume model orders first. I’m okay with this approach.

I’m not sure what reservation holders are supposed to do for 2021 orders. Mansquarch is a big deal. Will they let us order it as a delayed order?
