Comparing the photos, I seriously doubt it.
Height seems borderline, but the mounting bracket for that light bar extends well past where it might fit with this guard.

Pretty sure you cannot attach it to the plastic bumper.

If you didn't use the brackets that came with the lightbar and welded on some tabs to the tube it looks like it would definitely work/fit.

If you have issues getting the bolts off, I would recommend trying a T35 instead of a T30 torx. For some reason some of my bolts were already a little stripped even though I have never taken them off before installing this bar. The T35 definitely helped getting the stripped ones off and made life a lot easier.

Pretty sure these or torx plus. not regular torx. if you are using regular torx... then you will strip the bolts. I'll check in a bit but every other bolt of removed/reinstalled on the mod bumper so far are all torx plus.

Will block for sure, no matter the height, 4 inches is the choice for most

I was also wondering if it fits the capable bumper.
They only stated that it would not work with the plastic bumper:
This kit is not compatible with models that use a plastic bumper.
