I would say a "high rise" version that the winch mount area is just above the bumper. That way the mount plate can overlap the bumper to an extent or even for those willing to drill can drill into the top of the bumper to have the winch bolts go thru the top plate and bumper.

This way the winch can be "sucked up" or brought closer to the grill for a tighter fit and possibly improve the approach angle.

This may be a camera blocker but with slight revision the low mount could satisfy those users and the high mount those of us that do not have the camera and want a high and tight mount.

Need to check and make sure the adaptive cruise control works with it too.

I will check the following items
1. front camera view with this
2. the bull bar to be removable
3. holes for parking sensor relocation

It seems a lot of people don't need the bull bars, do you guys think should I just remove them or make them detachable
I‘m interested depending on price.

1) yes need to see a pic of the front view camera with and without the bull bar.
2) Yes make the bull bar removable and an option at purchase for those who want it.
3) yes it would have to have holes for the parking sensors.

Question: 1)is this an add on to the current modular bumper or a complete bumper itself?

2) What winch is that and what models will fit?

I really like this! Removable bull bar would be nice but not a must. If the price is cheaper than the JCR version I’m in. I’m not worried about sensors or cameras for mine.

Hmmm. If this was easy to bolt on and off (basically just use when off-roading) I would be interested. Then I may not care about sensor relocation but would still be interested in camera view. I would not order one with a bull bar.

Need to know what winches would work.

I think it would be good without the bar also. Not really worried about front camera or sensors since my model doesn't have those.

Make them detachable. Maybe even in different shapes and/or sizes as accessories

I would like it with the bull bar, so easiest option would probably be to have to models? But I'm definitely in if it comes in cheaper than the jc offroad

Nice work. I'd be interested in seeing the structural specs. Gauge of steel being used, type of steel, weld specs, and internal strengthening used. Would also want to see some lab testing of the strength and integrity. With a big winch on it doing some heavy pulling...last thing you want is a catastrophic failure.

Also, will it be powder coated in the Ford Carbon Gray - M7 color code?

Which bumpers would this work with? It appears to be the mod bumper in the pics. Will it work with the standard plastic bumper?

Interested. Would need to know steel/weld specs to ensure it is capable of supporting a 10K winch.

Prefer removable bull bar, add light tabs to bar for led light bar, and holes for sensors.

I’m very interested especially if the price is right. I personally like the bar. I can’t tell what this might do to approach angle, but you should keep that in mind with your design.
