Just wanted to say hi to the group, love the posts, content, and great ideas I've come across on here. I've been wanting a Bronco since before they came out, and while I wasn't planning on purchasing one any time in the near future, earlier this month I had to pull the trigger within 24 hours on a new car after receiving a $24,000 estimate to repair the car I previously owned.

I settled on a new 2024 4 door soft top non-SAS Black Diamond 2.7L in Eruption Green. If I had more time to prepare for the purchase I would've bought or built one with more of the options, but felt that what the Black Diamond had to offer would be a decent foundation to build upon. First mods I plan on adding will be a lift/ larger tires/winch/onboard air/aux lights/security storage. Open to any and all suggestions!

Welcome! Awesome photos, your Bronco looks sweet!
Thank you very much! A little bummed that I haven't been able to drive it over the past week and a half with an apparent issue in the front differential. Scheduled a service appointment for 7:00 am last Tuesday in my hometown, tried calling and emailing ahead to see if I could bump the service appointment up without an answer. I woke up early, drove to the dealership, arrived right at 6:55 am, and the Advisor I was scheduled to see did not show up. The gentleman I ended up with asked if I would let one customer jump ahead since it would only take 5 minutes, and his issue ended up taking an hour. He said they'd be able to take a look at the vehicle that day, and didn't end up looking at it until 3 days later, and was told they wouldn't be able to get to it for another month, wouldn't be able to provide a loaner until the end of November, and if I were to come back to pick up the Bronco in the interim, I would end up going back to the back of the queue and would have to start the process over again.

With it being Halloween, I ended up picking up the Bronco so I could take my son trick or treating, and ended up having to drive 3 hours away to take it back to the dealership I purchased it from. They have been very helpful so far, were very polite, organized, and thorough during the service intake, and were able to get me into a brand new loaner (F-150). (Northside Ford in San Antonio - William Franklin/David Starnes and my Service Advisor Shauna Day (or Shauna Valdez) have been great to work with between the sales process, and doing everything they could to make sure I'm taken care of with this issue.) I won't mention the first dealership or the advisor I tried working with first, but it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

Aside from the early hiccups, I still love the car and I can't wait to get it back!

Update... minutes after posting this, the service advisor from the first dealership started texting me begging me to give him 5 stars for the excellent service I received (he thinks he provided), or else it was going to cost him $150. I know the service issues were somewhat out of his hands/control, and understand that service departments get very busy, but when I'm out (between gas and opportunity costs) more than the $150 he's going to lose if I don't give him a positive review for a bad experience, then all bets are off.
