And in a year, Ford will put out a release dropping the manual citing low take rate. "We offered it, and no one wanted a stripped down POS just to get a proper transmission."

Considering manual, but probably going auto. A built 2.3 manual might be interesting though.

I got the JDM Dyno at my parents house, think it was 275whp, but on Truck rollers, when on a normal dyno was 311whp but with a few less parts installed

Wow my enthusiasm for the bronco went from 100-0 real quick after reading the spec sheet showing only manual for 2.3.

I would settle for an automatic only if it was a V8 and that is still a rather large compromise on my end.

Miss her, it's a long story but she was a good girl, even if she was an automatic.

Time slips were from when she was stock, 19 was what happens when you turn off both traction's, smoke the tires and nearly crash into a wall xD

I'm honestly surprised that people are surprised by this, sometimes I forget what is common knowledge and what is insider knowledge. I have known for quite some time that my heart would be torn between the manual/2.3 and the 2.7 BAJA style. And just when I convince myself to get the manual and throw on the suspension package, that 2.7 starts whistling in my ear... This is going to be hard!

If getting basically every bit of equipment EXCEPT the 2.7 counts as stripped down then I think you should ask your local strip club for a refund...

I know the 4dr we get will be an auto. but damnit I want the stick. And the big motor because, well because I f'ing do.

Im hoping this gets sorted by the 2nd year. Lets all outrage a bit so they will make it happen.

With the 2-Door being a HALO Vehicle, the manual should have been available with both engines on the 2-Door at least.

FoMoCo..... Way to Tarnish the HALO...... , but you do still have a chance to rethink this (and a few other things) and hopefully correct (in enthusiast's minds) this before 2021.
