Lights turning on randomly.

I am starting to have the lights come on randomly and the lights switching to "on" from "automatic" while driving again.

I thought this was a known issue and there was an update in the works to fix it.

It stopped for a while so I assumed we got the update. But it started again after I got my windshield replaced.

Now it is back to the lights randomly turning on for a few minutes a few times a day. And it is back to switching to "on" when I am driving so I get the dings. For sure no chance I am hitting the knob.

I don't want to bring it back to the dealer yet because I can't make it happen and I am sure they won't have someone sit there and stare at it.

Does anyone know if this is actually being looked into? Did anyone else who was having this happen notice it stop a while back? I have not seen a thread on this in a while.
