Late April Update - Granger Ford

The only options I ordered were the V-6 automatic, the sound deadening head-liner, and the tow package. Even though I dropped the tow package the week before I was notified my order was set for production, I just noticed that it is still included on the Ford.com order summery. So maybe that did not make a difference after all, or maybe they just have not updated the order sheet and it will be dropped in the end. Either way, I'll take it without complaint.

Thanks, gives me hope that they are building v6 2 doors. I might get lucky yet and get a vin before end of summer.

Always appreciate the very up front information, one thing I am curious though is what’ll happen when all those 99 status reservations change to orders. They will leapfrog many people on here if they have earlier reservations right?

They will still be reserved by timestamp, yes.

I’m pretty sure Granger is the largest dealer in the state of Iowa.

We have had the largest sales volume in Iowa for the past 5 or 6 months. Even with that though, our Bronco reservations well out-paced our sales volume.

I have a Oct 31 reservation date and I’m currently sitting in the 370s.

Yeah, they will email you when Ford is previewing your build to lock in your options.

Actually that didn't happen with me. After initially submitting the build a couple months ago before the March deadline, next communication I had was for the added deposit and that a VIN had been issued. I had been hoping to change the color before the final build, but wasn't a big deal. Granger has been amazing on every front so I wasn't concerned. But you should definitely update your build now to be on the safe side.

Does this mean July scheduling won’t happen until June? Last week was supposed to be June/July scheduling, but I’ve yet to see a July build date.

2. Ford Extended Service Plan - We will continue to offer $50 over cost, because of the overwhelming demand for this product. We have saved consumers approximately $500,000 from List pricing in 2 months! We offer this for any Ford vehicle under 3 years and 36,000 miles old.
3. Raptors - We received a healthy Raptor allocation from all accounts, but No VINs have been assigned from our Raptor orders quite yet. W=

I am curious as to why my number is higher than an OCT 31 reservation, I reserved in July 2021 (although my order didn't finalize until the 2022 orders were due in). Any clue as to why that would be? I am in the low 400's.
