Tune in only works on phones with built in FM receiver (my old Note 8 does). Otherwise is works through the internet and you get a delay.
I have an old boom box that I have been bringing for years.
Newer cars are such a pain in the ass at the drive in. They shut down when you don't want them to, the lights turn on when you don't want them to and most people can't figure out how to turn them off. Constant horn honking from using the key fob.
Thank you, I was already suspicious. I just donated a boom box last year because I was trying not to pack rat. Dumb lol

If you were thinking about a portable power station anyway or if you go to the drive it may be worth grabbing one and plugging in a boom box or job radio?

You ever figure this out?

hey y’all, every time I go to the drive in, radio shuts off 40 min. Anyway to keep it going straight for 2+ hours? Weird question that I should probably already know
