Some dealers post their incentives, and I wanted to track what I see, and maybe get some collective wisdom going to guide my/"team Bronco6G" search and negotiation. Right now (June 2026) I'm particularly interested in the incentives to clear 2025 inventory.

Here's what I could suss out so far.

- Baseline: Employee pricing (EP) = 0.996 * Invoice + $275
- Bonus Cash = $1000
- 2025 Bronco Savings (to clear inventory) = $2500 or $1000, unclear
- EP Retail Customer Cash: -$1000

I got some of these numbers from this vehicle. Screenshot:

See also more detail below, with actual incentive numbers, etc.

So it seems like -- right now -- an honest dealer starting price should be at MOST:

Employee Pricing - ($4500 or $3000)

Then let the negotiation begin.

My related thread.

I got some more info on incentives, this time from this listing. Seems like some dealers get $2500 for 2025 MY incentive, others $1000. More info welcomed.

I'm probably buying one in a month. Looking at either an OBX with SAS or a Badlands without SAS, around $60K right now.

My top choice OBX SAS is $59 after a $3700 discount for a 2026.

Top 2025 BL is $56K including $4400 for employee pricing + $1000 customer cash.

Looks like the employee pricing promo ends 7/7. So curious what the next promo will be. Usually they're about the same. My wife is the penny pincher. Told her the promo ends soon, she says it's just a gimmick, which it likely is.

My last vehicle (Ram 1500) was old stock from the previous year. Was priced at $61 and was 20% off, for $49K. That seemed like a good deal at the time. Haven't seen Bronco's with that much of a discount. Seen a few people on here and social media say they have found dealers that wouldn't budge on pricing at all, which is odd.

SAS vs. non-SAS: I hear you. I just went through the process of reconsidering it. There is no denying "the look" is far more badass with 35's. However, I will not be rock crawling, so Black Diamond will be far more off-road capability than I will ever need. For my case, I essentially want a badass convertible I can camp cool places with. With the top down (for me something like 100% of May-Oct in New England), the extra noise from SAS MT's is a NOPE.

If I really want 35's at some point, AT KO2's will suit me far better.

Agree! Unless I have nothing to drive, I think getting rushed by these kind of things put's the dealer in the driver's seat, which doesn't help me negotiate a good price.

Have you considered ordering from Granger (they do 4% below invoice + incentives)? I don't want to wait through the summer (see above), but if I can't get what I want at a price I like, it's a possibility for me.

Anyway, best of luck, brother. Post here with whatever deal you get!

I have thought about whether the 33" on the Badlands would work. I'd consider it, especially for a '25 since there the BFG tires. Not too crazy about the '26 tires. I'm basically going to tell my wife the truth: Only way the OBX would work is with the SAS package because of the gears. I don't want 3.73 gears. However, the BL with 4.46 gears and 33's would be ok. Though there's a chance I would swap them to 35", which would leave 5 tires sitting in the garage for 3 years, which she won't like.

I'll have to look at a BL with the 33" and see what I think. I do have 33" on my Ram 1500 and that looks good. I do have 37" on my 06 Jeep, so everything else looks small.

Regarding tire noise: Sometimes hearing loss is a good thing lol. I'm used to the hum of my 37" MT in a soft top and can barely hear that.

I looked at Granger, but it's 1650 miles, so not willing to drive that far. I'd probably do 8 hours max, but not wanting to drive 24 hours across country.
