@JcrOffroad

I was wondering if you guys had considered relocating the AAC module to the area of the vanguard bumper where the JCR logo is placed in the molle panel (to clarify, not behind the molle panel, but a new panel that incorporates the sensor). It seems like relocating the module behind the grille is hit or miss for most folks and isn't a 100% solution. Companies that have relocated the module into the bumper seem to have much more success.

Is this something that you have/would look into? A new molle panel that incorporates the AAC sensor seems like a huge win for this bumper.

What package do you have in your Bronco? I have the Big Bend SAS Mid and don’t have any issues with my bumper.

I looked through the vendors listed there - didn't see JCR :(
Yeah was hoping to see some JCR things on sale. They do offer a military discount tho so I finally picked up the prerunner bar with that.

It would only apply if you have adaptive cruise control. Lux package has it.

Sorry for the delayed response. Was enjoying the weekend with family!

The only sale we are running is 10% off roof racks and molle panels.

We haven’t run a sale on other product groups since the start of covid! A reasons for this:
1.) We are battling skyrocketing material costs daily. Giving away money can flip a few of our larger products into net negative range.
2.) Our fabrication department is our bottle neck! On our heavy fab items, lead times can stretch as far as 14-16 weeks.

We are going to be working on ‘Crusader’ lineup for front and rear bumpers. These would be a non-winch front and a non-carrier rear bumper.

Here are some renderings of the Crusader front bumper. We set it up to use our mod bumper bolt on hoops.

It looks like this bumper is being designed to use the ACC in its original location or close to it and be operational. Why not modify your winch bumper to also allow ACC use in its factory location instead of relocating behind the grill where many folks have had issues.

We just acquired a LUX package bronco. We will be working on the R&D to make the ACC work with our winch plate and vanguard bumper. We planned to accommodate the ACC, so it won’t be too much work. Just going to be some time driving and testing.

Will this require a modifcation to your winchplate? Or would this work with your existing winchplate? Thanks.

BOOM!
I assume you guys would just provide an opening on the bottom of the bumper where the JCR logo is for the ACC sensor, either in its original location or with a very small relocate to move it closer to the front of the bumper?

This is great news as the ACC functionality is a huge selling point for when I upgrade from your winch plate in the near future.

I have a Feb. order for a Badlands SAS so it might be a while. I have been looking at bumpers and the ACC is a big deal for me. I love the option of getting aluminum, and your camera relocation kit, but I was leaning toward the DV8 SF15 bumper even though aluminum is not an option. It looks like your camera kit will work with it. I still hated to have to do all the work moving the ACC box up behind the grill especially with all the reported problems. If you get the ACC worked out, I will be able to get your bumper with pre-runner tube work in aluminum, camera relocate, and ACC will work. This would make it a no brainer for me. Not so bad having the long wait on my order because it gives me time to study and you guys time to work some of this stuff out. Keep up the solid work and I look forward to watching this come together.

If the ACC relocate was put in middle of lower part of front bumper where screen is, it would be nice if there was room/bracket for a cube light on each side of the ACC box. The more lighting options the better.
