I am a September 2020 reservation so I've already accepted that it will be a painful wait...

To add to my pain my build is as follows:

2 door
Badlands
Manual
Squatch
Lux
Tow

everything else on the list...

I was starting to wonder if it was going to be worth it... then I did an off-roadeo... so I'm gonna wait it out... lol

If this wasn't going to be an extra/fun vehicle I would moved on by now, but lucky for me, I have time.

14 months of every bad emotion, no communication, constant date pushes. All wiped away the second i saw my Bronco. Thank gosh I didn’t have to haggle price. My poker face was terrible.

Congrats! On your Bronco. I picked mine up last night, and I must say it has been stressful—delays, (07.19.20 reservation); internal debates about picking the right Bronco—Will my chihuahua have an easier time getting in a 2 door or 4 door; Should I Sasquatch or not Sasquatch? Should I get the Wildtrak or Badlands? Should I get a fun color or get a boring gray? Roof rails or not? Heavy duty modular bumper or not? Do I really need the 10 speakers? Can I handle all this new technology in a vehicle? But with all that being said, “I drove home in that beast last night with Queen blaring and I knew “I have finally found someone to ❤.” So yes it definitely was worth the wait!

Love it! Early Res. holder as well, and I pretty much ordered the same thing as you...just in Cactus Gray. Have had a VIN for over a month now...keep getting bumped week after week...but I'm hopeful the bumps will end and the build will start soon!
One question I have for you - Did your dealership honor the full amount of the price protection? As I understand it, our builds should receive a 2975.00 rebate since we were bumped from 2021 to 2022. One will be the "Smart Vincent Rebate" and the other is the "Retail Price Protection". My Dealer is ready to provide me with the Smart Vincent Rebate (which is the smaller amount - 975.00). The other is the more elusive one that my dealership is choosing not to understand. This is the bigger rebate that takes a bit longer to process (45 to 60 days to process). Did your dealer deduct the more elusive rebate at time of purchase? Or will you or your dealer receive a check from Ford once the 45 to 60 day process is complete?

Congrats! Hope you love it for many years. Great pics as well, I think it looks great. Makes me reconsider what I'll get when I adjust my order for 2023

After 18 months, I lost hope, then got an email that they had an opening at a Offrodeo that week, so took the wife. It renewed my faith, and my 2 door arrived a mere 60 days later. It was total anguish, but looking back I have started to forget.

Damn, think we need some milk, see ya.

Hang in there. I originally opted for the four door, but changed it to the two-door later on. They are great little vehicles.

It was almost two years and one month from my reservation date when I picked up my 2-door Bronco Base. I hadn't owned a vehicle like this for almost a decade (Jeep Wrangler) so I was skeptical on the ride since this would be my daily driver. I found that I really like it, and although the wait was painful I'm super glad I didn't back out. Contrary to some postings, the quality and build of my unit is top notch. No gaps, missing pieces, unpainted finishes, etc. The more I drive it, the better I like it!

It can be up to 90 days before Ford cuts your dealer a check, then your dealer needs to cut you a check. I wish Ford would send it directly to the buyer instead of trusting the dealer to pay back the customer

Congrats - kinda tough to be cheery or even remotely optimistic right now though knowing the books on 22 are closed and I still didn't make it in. Ford f-d this whole thing up royally and multiple times/ways. I wish there was a different car out there to be excited about because honestly, I would've jumped on it by now.
I was feeling this same way mutltiple times and then I'd go to a dealer and drive one for a bit and my excitement was renewed 10-fold. About 6 weeks ago, I decided to remove the Tow Package from my order and I got my VIN and build date last Friday. That was the big piece that was holding my build up. I also kept the 2.7, hard top, and lux, so those weren't stopping my build. 9/30/2020 rez and February 2021 order. Now I'm scheduled for the week of 10/24. Let's hope that holds true!

Considering I have an 8/6 reservation and yours is almost 2 months later and I'm still not even scheduled just angers me more about the whole process. Happy you got yours but for right now @Ford Motor Company isn't doing anything to warrant my business anymore.

I reserved my Black Diamond Bronco on 07/15/2020. Over the next two years I waited patiently. I endured the emotional roller coaster of ups and downs month after month hoping that it would arrive soon. I checked this forum almost daily for news and encouragement. I have read many post wherein the author stated emphatically that the Bronco is indeed worth the wait. During the last few months I began asking myself if I really believed that. I had finally decided that it probably would not be. I was growing weary of all of the ups and downs of this whole process!

This morning my dealer texted a photo of my Bronco sitting in his lot. It was very surreal knowing that it had actually arrived. I went to the dealership a few hours ago and drove my new baby home. To everyone out there waiting and wondering, please believe me when I tell you it is way more than worth the wait! This thing is fantastic and even better than I imagined! It is truly a blessing for me and my family and I would gladly endure it all over again to receive such an incredible vehicle. I want to say thank you to everyone who has posted on this forum and educated and encourage me during this time!

So happy that you finally got your Bronco. Also proud of you for ordering a proper 2Dr as it should be.

Now take it out there and get it dirty and muddy, then post those pics. As I continue to wait, those pics showing you have a good time will make both of us happy! :)

Its worth it more in a 2 Door !!!
Unless your the one riding in the back seat, or can't bring your stuff
Your Bronco looks awesome! I prefer colors, but CG does look great in person.

However, I must disagree and say the wait, at this point, is not worth it. It is a very cool vehicle, but let's not let the Stockholm syndrome define our lives. Would the wait still make sense when you consider you could have two years with nothing compared to two years with a Jeep? I don't think it does.

Very few people waited 2 years. I ordered December 21
My first Bronco was a 1979 One Owner I bought in 1991. I still had the 1979 when I bought my 1992 XL in 2007. I sold my 1979 in 2008 & my 1992 in 2011. Had an F-250 & a Ram 2500. Then the Bronco news started swirling around, but it did not completely get me until the 7-Speed Manual was confirmed. I sold my Ram, bought a manual VW Golf, then waited 14 months for my Bronco. I was willing to wait as long as it was going to take! I love my Bronco!! Congrats on your Carbonized Gray beast! 👊😎

Gorgeous Bronco! I also have a CG Base except in 4-door. As a daily driver I wanted automatic and the utility of 4-door, but if I was a young dude this would have been by build. It's also a great value. The steel wheels look awesome on the Bronco. What tires do you have on it? I love the aggressive look without being huge. How are they for noise level?
